Who we are
We run a home-based family business and have been in the window furnishings business for over 20 years. We decided to do some aid work a few years ago, which necessitated some travel, so we put our efforts into that for a while. However, we are not travelling any more, and have decided to put our efforts back into our business, which we love. We have made a few changes, as we are not as young as we used to be. We have set up a workroom, and now make selected readymade curtains. We still do the traditional measure and quote, but if you are able to take your own measurements, you can save on these quality readymade curtains which are the equivalent of made to measure quality.
We love finding energy efficient solutions for your windows. Anise used to work in and teach Air Conditioning and loves talking about air flow and solving HVAC problems. Window furnishings is one way to help this along.
Leonie has studied many things over the years and is a perpetual student, constantly learning new things. Just recently, Leonie undertook some training in a workroom so that the Interior Comfort workroom could be set up. She is now training Anise in the basics of sewing curtains! He loves it (mostly), except when she makes him unpick something and re-do it.
